Holy fuck-I saw The Rescuers when I was a kid and that drowning scene scared me so bad I'm still afraid of water to this day-thanks, Disney!
Why couldn't I have seen a movie as a child that had made me afraid of failure and being a slacker? Of course, I'm definitely asking the wrong crowd.

FIRSTLY…I'd like to say that this is the most depressing series I have ever read…but it's fantastic. Just when you think it doesn't get any more grim…Kirkman hits a new low. On the other hand, nobody has died of cancerAIDS yet…Sometimes I think he writes INVINCIBLE (another awesome series)  just to show people he can…

It's interesting how some of her songs are way better when they are covered by other artists…the article mentions Judy Collins-"Both Sides Now" is a fantastic song-but Nazareth, of all bands, makes "This Flight Tonight" incredible. Actually-Nazareth might be a good subject for an article.

I really hated the main character Quentin in Lev Grossman's The Magicians and The Magician King-still do, mostly-but the books are so great I'm willing to put up with him

I like Def Leppard in an entirely un-ironic way-and like it or not-those two albums have stood the test of time. They were touring last year with Cheap Trick-a band you should really do an article about-but cancelled before they got to my city-a HUGE disappointment.
Between this and the Beastie Boys…
