My reason for hating is pretty much the inverse of Sam's. I DON'T hate the suburbs, especially the late 90's suburbs which was, in reality, generally the most pleasant place to be in an era of internet boom-driven good feelings.

Don't have time to read all the other comments, but am I the only who noticed how both the Office and P&R seem to have fully abandoned the documentary aesthetic for (relatively) glamorous lighting, make-up, hair and wardrobe?
