The football level in Tiny Toons Adventures: Buster Busts Loose is kinda fun.

is it possible for a 26 year-old to be a wunderkind?
I guess if it looks like you've been kept alive on a diet of pixie sticks and goat's milk.

They were the right band for fall 2004.

I read Fox in Socks last night. Way better than this treacly shit.

Paradox's Europa Universalis series is the gold standard when it comes to obscenely complicated grand strategy. It models the era very well, though the trade is obviously a lot less detailed than what they're trying to do here.

is the battle mode not optional?
I was under the impression that this was a Europa Universalis-style game… meaning that it's not about the graphics and atmosphere, but delivering a semi-realistic engine to a niche market.

Hell yeah, brother.

I can do that.

People need to get over the granny backlash from when RMC came out. Slavin' Away is an incredible song, with raspy octogenarian or without.

There are definitely worse names:

please deliver this letter to Wavves
"You suck."

Ben Gibbard cries and asks if you think he's gross?

Yeah, I remember when people on DVD forums would all jump over themselves to get OOP Criterion editions just because they were hard to find. Zooey Deschanel became a little too satisfied with herself.

Edward Norton only appears in motion pictures where he is allowed to act out multiple personalities these days.

Yeah, well, that's the whole thing with Straw Dogs. You either think "ladies just want a real man to rape 'em" is an incisive commentary on the female psyche or you don't. If you don't, then the movie's just a puffed up wank opportunity for guys named "Peckinpah."

I don't think "wonderfully complicated" is the best way to describe the rape scene in Straw Dogs. That is, of course, unless the concept of anal following vaginal throws you for a loop.

I found Widow City to be kind of homogeneous and dull. Then again, I really like Rehearsing Your Choir.

Yes! Arcanum is wonderful. The now-thoroughly-patched-version is easily up there with Fallout and Baldur's Gate.

No.
