It's defiantly his brother in the last scene showing Phil and Carol he tells her he had a brother but kinda just leaves it at that meaning he probably doesn't want to talk about him because he was probably the golden child while Phil stayed in Tucson living in a shitty apartment. Ha

I really really want there to be a second season!! Love this show!
