    They were going so well at the beginning of this season! 
    What happened?
    TB is so consistently inconsistent. I watched GOT concurrently with this season and its awesomeness only highlighted just how much of a shamozzle TB has become. They are very different creatures but being a premium cable show on the same network

    So true, that was why season 1 one was so good, it was character driven, the supernatural element was almost just the stage. Remember in s1 when Tara was actually good because she had some emotional depth and something to do other than being a victim. Her scene at Super Saver Bunch is still one of my favourites. They

    I totally agree - I think Alan Ball is the real problem of the show and for him to step away would probably be the best thing for it. The show is almost unrecognisable from season one and has become a silly soap opera under his direction.

    And just a side note: PLEASE GOD let them fix their SFX issues! If Game of Thrones can do it, surely they could spend more than 50c per season on TB's. This is a supernatural show with SFX being integral  and essential. Sookie's burning ring of fire in Moon Goddess - I could have done better with some clear cellophane
