6 million subscribers, every video has around 2 to 5 million views, I'd hardly call him a nobody.

It also doesn't go away when you focus on it a lot. Plus, it happened only 70 years ago. It's not going to go away no matter what we do.

I heard from a friend that it's a poorer Veronica Mars that is fun and addicting. Although if you haven't seen that either, then first go watch Veronica Mars, but second, this analogy will not be helpful.

Aren't most of those supernatural shows inspired by the X-Files and Lost? I think some of the style of Buffy has pervaded all of those shows, but for direct inspiration most of them seem to look more to the X-Files.

They're bad because the show was bad, not because they did anything specifically wrong. It's just that when you get invested in a show it's hard to see its flaws as you're watching it, and especially from the beginning when it was fun and good. Most shows lose steam 4 to 5 seasons down the line. Returning to this one

They're both not great, but Bunheads has Sasha and dancing, so yes, I'd rather that.

There was a reddit thread they were trying to parse it and I remember Rory McGrath and John Sessions being questioned, but I don't think any conclusions were drawn.

I'm not denying that Rob and Aisling are funny, but I don't think they have the kind of trust or absurdity that Sean Lock and Jimmy have. For example, in the one where Sean goes off about Julian Assange's name: https://www.youtube.com/wat…

I think they're both his actual laugh. It's just a matter of how hard he is laughing.

Yeah, I don't think it's Jimmy. I've seen his QI episodes and if it is prepared, it's certainly not all prepared as he sometimes gets the answer wrong without a joke. Either that or he's the best actor ever.

I love Aisling and Rob as guests, but I don't think they are as good as Sean and Jon as captains. They're banter with Jimmy is a little lacking. I couldn't see either of them give Jimmy the shellacking he got during the tax scandal. And even on a smaller scale, Sean and Jimmy have such excellent comic chemistry that

WILTY is the best, hands down. 8 Out of 10 Cats during the Sean/Jon years was right up there, but it's a little weaker now.

That Susie Dent joke Jimmy did the other episode. Considering it was Jimmy it shouldn't have been as unexpected as it was, but he hit that note perfectly.

The walkouts weren't scripted.

Doesn't Cannes nominate like tens of films for Palme d'Or? I don't think number changes prestige. It's the way they choose and the quality they choose. The Best Picture doesn't feel prestigious not because they changed from 5 to between 5 and 10, but because they keep nominating mediocre films.

Blegh. I hated S2. S1 and S3 were way better. I preferred the Digimon Masters over the evil Emperor or whatever. And Mega evolutions over armor evolutions.

I'm not clicking that link, but I imagine I would agree with a lot of it. Digimon is better than Pokemon. Nothing every happens in Pokemon. Pokemon is a third rate procedural, and Digimon at least tried to make long story arcs and character development, with varied success depending on the season.

Well the Plagues song has God as a chorus which I thought was brilliant. So they at least retained it for that.

Nah, the Prince of Egypt is great. The Plagues song alone is one of the best decisions ever, but the staging of the whole film is really fantastic.

I keep confusing Dreamworks and Sony. For some reason I thought they did Surf's Up as well, which I love, but nope, that's Sony Animation's only movie I like.
