Peter David's Fly inspired Spider-Man and the first arc of Doom 2099 where he fights (for all intents and purposes) the hero of The Stars My Destination are good. That's it.
I think that is an under-rated title. All of DC's government books were good, Captain Atom, Checkmate, and of course the brilliant Ostrander Suicide Squad.
