Eddie Van Halen did more in 30 seconds to give an edge to "Beat It" than Michael Jackson did in the whole rest of the song.

How about TrumpTV? They're still doing that, right?
YOUR MOM DONATES HER EMMY CAMPAIGN MONEY TO PLANNED PARENTHOOD
I still haven't been able to watch a single episode of this show in reruns since that finale.
Of course she does, because most of the kids using them are playing with them like yo-yos in class. Which makes it hard for kids like mine for whom they are incredibly therapeutic.
My daughter uses one because when her hands are empty she gets panic attacks. This seemed like the best option because prior to this she had a habit of twisting paperclips and subsequently tearing up her fingers. So I get why AV Club is talking shit about them, but they're literally saving my kid's sanity.
I loved that credit sequence.
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of Adam's real life friends coming back to play their own parents on the show.
JTP!!
I love pizza crust.
Everyone remembers the TV from their childhood as "the best… in existence" - even though qualitatively speaking, it's not true.
Ignorance is bliss, and so are frontal lobotomies.
Yeah, I checked in when I saw the AV Club's initial reviews, but while I could probably watch Briga Heelan doing crossword puzzles and be raptly captivated, the rest of the show just leaves me cold. I'm always amused by how many people are complaining about how unbearable Tandy is, when that is an active and purposeful choice by Will Forte. It's like they don't know anything about Forte or his brand of intentionally off-putting humor (have they seen the scene in MacGruber where he's fucking his dead wife's ghost…
God I love that skit. Meadows played "Dr. Poop" and breakdanced his way out of shot, and Molly Shannon and Will Ferrell were a shambles.
The Carol Burnett Show was a staple when I was growing up, but as I reflect on it now the only shows I still like to return to from its run were the ones with Conway. The other episodes were too affectionate towards the comedy of the past, the nods to vaudeville, etc. When Conway came on, though, his comedy was…
I'm old and therefore am warmly anticipating the schadenfreude I feel when the idiots wearing deep v-neck shirts and skinny jeans realize 10 years from now just how utterly ridiculous they look.
For a brief minute or so, Ben Wyatt lived again.

I have the entirety of They Might Be Giants' first two albums on a non-interrupting loop in my brain at all times.
