I despised the Sixth, and it turned me off revisiting all classic Who for a long while. He was just awful, down to that horrid coat. Seriously, go change. I mean regenerate, then change.

Definitely agree that Animaniacs is great as an adult in part because of what you get out of it about your childhood perceptions. And strangely, I feel like that is more the case with this show than others I have rewatched. Maybe the fact that it is so geared towards kids while having adult humor throughout? Not sure.

Love the bit with the apprentice con and Binro. "One day, they'll all say.. Binro was right." Wonderful moment, and really captures the essence of the best Who. That it's hard, and awful at times. But eventually, with perspective, it's all basically okay.

From a character standpoint I like it. You ge the idea that the normally decent Casey is so frustrated by the situation he is acti wildly inappropriate to Gordon. Who, while a little douchey, doesn't deserve that venom.

Definitely surprised at how much I still like Dan and Casey. I always liked Dan- but on rewatching the entire show, I like him better because of the interplay between the two. Which makes me like Casey better. Maybe it's also beings dad now.
