Deadline reported that they are considering reviving the series. I watched about 5 minutes of the pilot and thought it had a great premise, but it wasn't executed well. The acting was an issue. Also, they tried to fit too many shocker moments in the first episode.

I think every episode has a pretty intense reveal at the end. The quality of the first episode holds through to the last.

The psychic connection between the sisters didn't bother me. It is a show where the dead are coming back to life, so it's not that big a stretch. What I thought was interesting about it is that Camille started freaking out and quite possibly caused the bus crash that killed her and the other school kids.

I've never seen Twin Peaks, but I was a huge fan of Lost and feel like The Returned is similar in that it is basically a character study. Also, as Lost proved, flashbacks are a really effective way of telling the characters' stories.

I don't disagree. I don't like realistic horror (i.e., serial killers) so that's why the tunnel scene bothered me so much.

I'm enjoying the hell out of rewatching this. So many little clues that you probably won't catch until the second time around.

I thought this was a great episode. Misha Collins sold all of his scenes, from the hilarious annoyance with having to pee and the strangeness of passing gas to the joys eating of burritos. I could tell the girl who gave him the PBJ sandwich was evil (where have I seen the actress? She looked very familiar) as soon

On his stomach. I'm pretty sure they had at least one scene where you could see it.

Boo! 2 week delay for the most interesting new show of the season?!

I adore everything through Vitalogy, but something changed with that album. The music stopped being melodic. The band started sounding older, angrier, and determined to -not- make songs that people would enjoy. I'm not saying music has to please everyone, but there was something magical about Ten and Vs. where every

The show is getting better with each episode. This was my favorite so far. I thought Akela was the strongest case of the week and I hope we see more of her, hopefully on the SHIELD team. I initially found most of the young characters annoying, but they are now starting to seem charming. I would like to see future

I haven't finished it yet, but enjoyed it better than American Horror Story and True Blood.

I loved the episode. I'll admit that Supernatural has had its ups and downs over the years, but I really felt like this episode did a nice job showing the emotional toll prior seasons have had on the brothers. Even though we've seen similar scenes before, when Dean prays for help, first from Cas, and then from all

This is turning into a somewhat enjoyable show. The special effects looked quite good this week and I liked the twists with The Asset. I was expecting him to be a mustache twirling villain right away. I was surprised that he had a conscience and really was trying to do the right thing.  Hopefully we'll see more of him.

Having seen the first episode, I thought it was good fun.    I enjoyed it more than Defiance, for sure.  The special effects were a little goofy (what was the point of that water demon monster?  It splash-drowned a few people and then went away?), but no worse than a typical Syfy movie. The actor playing Sinbad is

I haven't seen it yet, but I wonder if there's any chance Syfy would be able to continue the series even though Sky or whoever cancelled it?

Glad to have this list, but I wish there were more foreign shows available to stream from Hulu and Netflix.  I've been enjoying Prisoners of War, Borgen, and just started Braquo (quite good, though the subs are small).  I hope Forbrydelsen comes to Netflix or Hulu so I can see how it compares to The Killing.

Knowing nothing about Danish politics, I found all the meetings and maneuverings between the various parties fascinating.  This is shaping up to be a very smart TV show.  Glad to get the opportunity to watch it in its original form, rather than a remake (though I'll happily watch a remake AFTER the original has run

The 1st episode is no longer available online (I hope they eventually repost it), so I started watching with episode 2.  By episode 3, I was pretty much caught up with who was who, but found this review very helpful with understanding the politics better.  So far, it is turning out to be a very intriguing show.

The actor playing Kasper definitely reminds me of Josh Jackson.  Had to look up Billie Piper, but no, I don't see the resemblance there (the Danish actress is prettier and her lips look more natural).
