Bannermen. The Baratheon's are a major house, lords of -one- of the seven kingdoms.

Magic works best on screen when it is subtle. Kinda like that Balrog scene from LOtR where Gandalf did his "YOU.. SHALL NOT…PASS!", brought his staff down, …and there was puff of dust. But you still got the sense of "Holy shit, that was outRAGEOUS!" because, of course, flaming giant demons don't break our disbelief

I'm sure Loras was "Growing Strong"

To say nothing of the fact that, compared to the SOP of medieval noble houses, that a 14 year old Sansa is nearly an old maid. They'll definitely rewrite that scene to avoid affronting modern sensibilities.

Uhm, yeah, so, you got bylaws, or something? I might be interested in rushing…

Turgidity still applies mostly to plants. And, stems…

Really, really good. If it weren't for some of the gems put up by her elders in this episode, her acting-chops-per-year ratio would've been the standout. Really says something about the episode as a whole.

Pleasantly.

mhysa, doesn't that mean mother? Yet more evidence that Cat gets Dondarionized in that episode.

Her front-facing assets were quite intriguing as well.

And continuing her goodnight prayers…

I dunno, I predict even more confidently that a Cat eye-opening after a Dondarion transference, then cut to black ends the season.

One of the best performances of the series. Outstanding.

Yeah, serious props to Williams, she definitely showed her talent tonight. The best of the Stark kids, without doubt.

Gay honey-pot = erm, what? Treacle crevasse?

Coster-Waldau has certainly done a few squat thrusts in his day. Ahh, did the person who coined the term squat thrust know what they were doing?

Yeah, not complaining of the grade, but that was only a B+ in relation to last week's episode. This one had to be less, in terms of pure awesomeness, but it was wickedly awesome in ways that I never anticipated. Coster-Waldau's bathtub scene was a tour de force

Definitely an instance of taking the creepy little girl trope, but using it in a potentially powerful manner. Patchface and Shireen was mostly the Patchface is fucking weird, and probably a zombie, show. But Patch-reen is uber-creepy. I like it. A lot.

That's one instance where I think that the cliche, "The enemy of my enemy is my ally." couldn't be any less true.

I know he's gotten high billing the whole run, but until now, it seemed to me to be due to professional reputation. But WOW, that was seriously well done. That was one of the finest bits of acting I've seen in this show. Gives Dinklage's primo bits from S1 serious competition.
