It's almost like we know these people better than our families or friends.  They are under our microscopes during their highest highs and lowest lows.  A life changing event (Lane's suicide) effects us deeply.  Sure we consider his feelings but also the feelings of those around him.

Yes, Don's speech at Dow summed up the series as a whole.  Americans, men, women, at home or at the work place, have so much but still want more.  The drama is how far they will go to get "100%".

The first 2-3 seasons of Just Shoot Me were ok right?  I haven't watched any in a long time.  Spade could be funny, the Elliot and Jack characters were interesting and I think the MVP of the show was Nina Van Horne.

Do you put that "mayo" on said Anne Hathaway hot dog?

"Spinal Tap".  Manages to make fun of "serious" rock documentaries (I'm looking at you "Last Waltz") as well as the record/entertainment industries.  I like the Paul Schaffer bit: "Here, kick my ass, just kick my ass".

Hah, I love that look.  Even tho Donovan could write and play, he realizes this is a force in the Universe that is far greater than he.
