A thousand times Yes!  She basically tells Tony to forget about changing and embrace the terrible lifestyle he's been living.  I think it's no coincidence that the next scene is him reasserting himself as boss by beating the biggest guy in the room. 

She did look different.  I thought it was the stupid hairdo and the stupid blond hair.  Also her eyes looked like some sort of alien blue.
