I'm just gonna chime in and say I like this feature, because I do. I find Erik charming, and I feel the need to provide counterpoint to the haters.

I brought up the Chloe/Roger similarities in last week's thread….but not just for their horrifying schemes against loved ones. Also their fondness for recreational drug use (Chloe last week: "I already ate all the pills under the couch"). And the little idiosyncrasies in their behavior that just have a similar…
I think 'American Dad' is up there with the funniest stuff on TV. It's a different animal from the other MacFarlane shows. Even the weaker early seasons had some gems. It's all on Netflix Instant — I think a good starter episode is "The Vacation Goo"….shows off its nutso creativity and hilarity in equal measure.
Sorbo: "So, how has this disease affected you?"
Am I misremembering the incident, or didn't it get out because he originally posted it as an @ reply on Twitter that anyone could see, which was spotted by a right wing blogger before he took it down?
Yeah, we live in a world where a Congressman accidentally posted a picture of his boner to a public forum. So…
So, here's the thing: that shampoo sketch was freaking hilarious, and you are all insane.
"This is you, isn't it? I'm gonna go down there, and it's gonna be you in a costume."
I'm convinced they could make a dynamite American Dad episode consisting of nothing but Francine and Roger's Facebook updates.
Eh, I laughed. A lot.
Possibly my favorite line in the history of 30 Rock. I had to rewind and make sure I heard Siri correctly.
My apartment reeks of ocelot piss.
This is accurate. I've seen the pilot, and just one example: the "pencil-fucked" speech stems from a larger plot-line in which the Veep's Twitter page has pissed off the plastics industry. Not really ripe trailer material, but it's hilarious within the show.
"Teddy Bonkers will validate your parking." — I dunno why, but that line had me giggling like an idiot straight into the commercial break.
I'm 29, and I not only know "Who's On First?", but am intimately familiar with its subversion on The Kids in the Hall: "Samuel Hu….you're probably not used to that name, cus his grandfather was Chinese."
If they don't dedicate an entire episode to Chris Cooper's talking piece of shit, this series gets an F.
This is the part where I brag about having seen the Veep pilot, and having laughed my fucking arse off. There's no character as gloriously vulgar as Malcolm Tucker, but it doesn't lack for the Ianucci profanity…Anna Chlumsky has a full minute of dialogue devoted to comparing a douchebag Congressional staffer to a…
"Bernie is dead! He's dead, you morons!" — my favorite Seinfeld moments are always Elaine's reactions to movies.
Yeah, presumably they're rewarding the cast's ability to not break into peals of laughter, roll around on the floor and scream "Can you believe this bullshit?!" during every take.
I'm posting for no other reason that to give a shout out to my two favorite, heretofore unmentioned bits from this episode:
