Just started watching Breaking Bad for the first time with AMC's recent binge promotion. So, LALALALA I CAN'T HEAR YOUR SPOILERS!

Watching this show for the first time in 2014. I love how often it gives the, "Oh, shit" moment, when suddenly the viewers (and the characters) realize that things weren't what they thought they were. When Tio began communicating and Walt and Jesse realized that he had understood everything they said—that changed

Never Forget. Owl Forever!

My husband was admiring Hendrie's comportment. Even when spouting the nonsense of "The Reginal Innermint…Internet…The Internet Regiment Team," he wasn't slurring his words or sounding as sloshed as he obviously was.

Was that the interview where the subject trashed her own show (or said the last season was disappointing), and then later backpedaled as the studio said she did the interview drunk and the AV Club didn't make it clear it was an interview or something? I vaguely remember that.

Absolutely. There is no Donna analog in Mad Men, so trying to force her into a Betty Draper role (or Megan, or Trudy) does her a great disservice.

One of the problems with the acting on "The Bewitchin' Pool" is that they had to redub the lines by the pool, and they couldn't get the actress for the girl back for the redub, so they had June Foray(!) record her lines. The obvious dub-job with the "little girl voice" that doesn't sound like the actress in the rest

Re: Disqus - I have identity issues on this site, too. I registered my A.V. Club handle (the one born on sci-fi webcomic message boards), then I chose a different one on another site for Disqus (Musicologie, reflecting my profession, which I didn't have when I picked FortyTwo). Then A.V. Club switched to Disqus…and

I am really looking forward to seeing Arthur and Julia in the same tournament. Best TOC in awhile, I expect.

I confess, when I see an Asian man named Winston, I think of a passage from The Joy Luck Club where one of the narrators explains that her parents named her brothers Winston and Vincent because "wins ton" and "win cent."

And yet, I think the likelihood of those songs being the last video is about reverse of your ranking. I think "Inactive" is the likeliest due to it being a direct song parody, and "My Own Eyes" is the type of subject matter that Al likes to put into videos.

I said Monticello out loud, and then I looked at the dates and felt like a fool.

His album also has a Crosby, Stills and Nash style parody about corporate jargon. Maybe his style parodies just aren't your thing, man.

We live across the country from the rest of the family, and we have nieces and nephews. So, we got Prime for all the presents we end up shipping.

Also—I pre-ordered the album and listened to it on release day, so I'd already heard the twist in "Foil." I wish I'd seen the video before knowing what was about to happen. (First World Problem!)

This is exactly why he's getting away from the album format—it takes too long for him to get his songs into circulation. From now on, expect the references to be a lot fresher. ("Handy" was the last song to be written and recorded for the album.)

1. Word Crimes
2. Foil
3. Tacky
4. First World Problems
5. Handy
6. Sports Song

I was pregaming for Drunk History while watching this episode on DVR, and I still got FJ. WEAK!

With all the times that Donna's boss has been exposed to Cardiff's computer, I expect that the season finale will feature some "twist" to show how much he knows, and the show will be all like, "Whoa! Wha…? Did you see that? What a twist! But guess what: we hinted at it all season! Yeah! You're going to have to rewatch

Yeah, I was unclear. The cult is old. Their presence around San Diego is recent. The food is still delicious.
