I have a 7 year old cousin. After it dropped the stupid Family Guy cutaways it's alright as a Spider-Man Team-Up show. On top of this they just got the film rights back so maybe more of the Peter-centric characters will get more time now.

From the sounds of it this mysterious Fourth Player doing everything had enough manpower on Phoebe to grab the weapon and wipe out the Martians before word got out. They then move the weapon to Anubis which Julie was sent to intercept, but that went south.

Apparently she's not in the 1st book so that explains some of it. I get wanting to spice it up and get more of an Earth POV but I just hope it blends well by the end.
