Magic could make it not permanent or it could be a fake out on any crime procedural or even something like Empire. SHIELD could do some sort of sci-fi resurrection if needed. Or different magic on TVD, Originals or a small chance of Supernatural.

Doubt it's anyone from OUAT if it's possible its a permanent death. And it's technically more ensemble of a cast. OUAT doesn't have the stones for that and also almost always resurrects people.
