SHIELD is fine as well. If nothing else the fact they are going forward with that Mockingbird spin-off that's not a spin off would prove it, but ABC also has John Ridley working on a Marvel show and they want to do a sitcom for some reason with Damage Control.

David is actually Charles Xavier son. Hellfire Club is an X Group too. It's known Marvel wants the cosmic FF gallery like Galactus and still control the TV rights to X-Men. Marvel got something for this.
