Yeah it's a real shame other games don't implement similar options so you can more readily avoid repeat dialogue/dead-end conversations. Though I suppose if the repeat dialogue is well executed, it DOES lead to some great memes.
The main issue I have with the sling shot is that it's aiming flexibility and range are quite limited. So unless I have the high ground on a bunch of mobs I'm not much inclined to use any of the sling shot options (though it IS very useful in that context).
Yep yep, I concur on bombs. I usually just applied them to small corridors or enclosed areas when I had to fall back against a swarm of enemies since the explosions could buy time for reloading and setting up new trip lines. Definitely not as go-to a weapon as the tripcaster or any of the many bows available.
Yeah, /cheer to that! Trying out different combos of tripcaster options, traps, etc. is so much fun. I usually just go for the stealth option in these kinds of games as my default tactic and ignore everything else unless it's mandated (since stealth= resource usage light and gives you a great long term advantage as…
I can't play Bioshock Infinite since it's a FPS and those give me 3D motion sickness, but I've seen videos and screenshots to get a feel for that world and that Mainstreet USA descriptor is perfect, hahaha. Great analogy. Never worked at any Disney Theme Park though so I've no useful info there either. I'm glad…
So true. It really is crazy how much more I remember about the orc captains/Nemesis gameplay than I do about the main characters of the game (beyond the standard LOTR lore of course). Helping a low level guy rise through the ranks really is an engaging approach to this kind of world even if the rest of the story…
Salutations~!
That was almost listed as my favorite for Season 2, most definitely. Figured if you read the title early on though it might spoil what was coming up. But yeah, pretty darn awesome, huh?
We see you, yep yep.

Dontnod Entertainment has confirmed they're currently working on a new Life is Strange game:

It's that so cheesy "we're headed to the untold future!" of the '80s/'90s pre-2000 lens; I loved it back then and I love it now (especially the CGI balloons and the jumping kids). Especially funny having it for bumpers to cheesy Charles Bronson/Burt Reynolds movies and/or SuperGirl, "starring Mia Farrow and Peter…
I always think about Charlie from Always Sunny:

Ooo I remember that guy! I forget what movies I saw when he was on. I think I watched Son of Godzilla that way originally.
That was awesome /cheer!
I was alive in the '80s but in the "tri-state area" of the US East Coast. So for me it was all about WPIX ("New York's Movie Station"):
Yep yep! I concur completely. To paraphrase Krusty the Clown, "ya hear me complainin' about the episode?" I love that one too.
Remember that time Josh had to take over a press conference and got slipped up, intimating that the President had "a secret plan to fight inflation?" And he really ate crow because he realized how important it is to treat that avenue of open discourse with the press and public seriously? Good times.
Sorry- couldn't find a defenestration gif for PoI quickly, so here's a Knee Cap gif:
Dwayne Johnson perhaps? And this is what happens when he gets the news? /cheer
