So it's "family friendly" Jiz? No thank you.
This just proves that some things DO need foul language and gratuitous raunch (not to mention trannies!) to be successful. The original "Jiz" videos that they're ripping off here are actually pretty funny.
Huh. I just remembered that I absolutely loved Kaiser Chiefs for a couple months after "Employment" came out — and then, apparently, I forgot that they ever existed.
How do you suppose the scent of Bieber compares with Lady Gaga's blood-and-semen cologne?
Why, no, as a matter of fact I didn't.
Okay, so…
**SPOILER**
More not-so-secret secret shows at the Glass House?
Double the flavor, double the fun…
Twice as many gallons of other people's beer-stinking sweat and flaking, sunburnt skin! CHELLA ROOLZ YO!
Tegan And Sara
Wish I liked their music as much as I liked reading that letter. Major props to Sara for speaking up.
I don't know if it's supposed to be for kids, since it's pretty twisted, but Dan Vs. (also on Hub) is a lot of fun.
Octavia Butler
Her novels feature a lot of handy survival tips, especially Parable of the Sower.
I miss "sad sack" Elbow
I guess I'm in the minority of Elbow fans, 'cause I think "Asleep In The Back" is still their best album. I loved them a lot more when their records had a touch of darkness and introspection. When they're sunny and grand without that juxtaposition, they just sound dull to me.

The Power of Photoshop
If I was teaching Media Literacy, I'd add this to my curriculum.
He's in denial about being a soldier in the Gay Army.
I've seen Re-Animator: The Musical. Sat in the front row and got handed an impromptu garbage-bag poncho… the blood really spurts in Act 2. Anyway, it's awesome. Fans are showing up in costumes and I read somewhere that they're going to start doing a special midnight show to bump it into Rocky Horror territory.
AMEN MOTHERFUCKER!
More please!
How about some 8-Bit Hemingway next?
Hey, AVC Staff! New Radiohead album!
If you guys are awake, it's time to move on to the next big story in indie music news:
Nah, should've been Ready To Start first ('cause they're pretty much obligated to play something from the nominated album) and then Wake Up for the encore.
