Ha, perfect!
Ha, perfect!
Always been my favorite too. Probably because he became The Doctor just as I started watching the show so I identified him as the character most.
You know Warner Bros is praying for Man of Steel to pay off. Trailers look decent, but then again the trailers for Superman Returns weren't that bad.
Hasn't Deadshot been in and out of Suicide Squad since the mid 80s? Guess he's never getting rehabilitated.
Was it me, or did Angela Basett's Amanda Waller look like it was DC's attempt to introduce their version of the Marvel films' Nick Fury? Someone they could use as a character to bring together a Justice League movie. Too bad they didn't think it out better and not have a shitty Green Lantern movie to try and kick it…
Didn't Pam Grier already play Waller in an episode of Smallville?
There's invisible locks on the door!
I love the first time they referenced this one in a later episode, when Homer finds the notice for Grimes' funeral in his coat pocket and muses "Whatever happened to that guy?"
I liked it quite a bit. The only other Endo novel I've read is Deep River, which I also liked, despite it's abrupt ending that felt like there was a missing final chapter.
Let's see if he can cram any topical-for-five-minutes pop culture references in this one, dating it immediately.
PARTY!
She-Creature wasn't perfect, but at least they tried to make a creepy monster movie. The rest were just too hokey to be taken seriously. Earth vs the Spider was kind of a funny riff on Spider-Man, but the acting was pretty bad and the joke wore out after a while.
Didn't Showtime do this already around ten years ago? They did "remakes" of She-Creature, Teenage Caveman, Earth vs the Spider, and How to Make a Monster, but the filmmakers did all-new stories and just kept the titles the same. They were all pretty bad, especially Larry Clark's Teenage Caveman.
I wish they would have given a little more clarity to that one-off line. So does that mean Killian was behind the Ten Rings group that held Tony hostage in the first movie? Or did he just appropriate their logo for the Mandarin's broadcasts?
And all you had left was $3600 in mint-condition coins
I thought it was a pretty good interview, except up to the point where the compares the length of !!!'s "hit" songs to those from The Animals. The difference is, nobody know any !!! hit songs. I like the band, and I couldn't tell you even one of their song titles.
I'd rather they move on to Batman Beyond next. Especially since that story technically ended in a Justice League episode.
This can't be true, COPS is still being broadcast in whatever future time the movie Minority Report takes place.
PT: That's interesting, the NES version has the same street map and vehicles, but the game play is different than the C64 version (which never went inside buildings).

I'm just projecting my own experiences I guess. Any time I've been involved with new client pitches, we don't hear back for at least a week, sometimes months. If it was a small company I could see it, but Chevrolet has millions to spend in advertising and I can't see them making decisions lightly. Of course it was for…
