Absolutely. "Team America" is awesome as a parody of action thrillers, it's awful as actual political commentary. That's why I loved "That's my Bush!", because I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't really care to satirize the politics of it, it was just mostly used as a backdrop for a sitcom parody.
