I'm sorry but the extended edition of BvS is not a bad movie - certainly not by comic book movie standards. I find it way more engaging than most of the bland Marvel movies. Their cheap aesthetics and breezy, inconsequential plots and dialogues bore me to tears (GotG excluded).

I remember Valiant. The titles were really strong from a narrative perspective. Genuinely entertaining stories with art that purely served a storytelling purpose. They were like anti-Image. Very strong plots and characters so this could totally work.

American Sniper: Not only will Americans come over to your country and kill all your people, but 10 years later they'll make a movie about how sad it makes their soldiers.

They didn't shoot at a refugee camp that had recently been evicted. They shot in a slum. And the people were being moved into better housing. You've gotten that spectacularly wrong.
