I think everyone is forgetting there was a very brief topless woman at a satanist event in the 1st season, first or second episode.

It is raunchy. It is not a family sitcom. Not nearly as raunchy as other HBO shows but it is not something I would watch with children under 15. 1st episode has nudity.
