Don't be fatuous, Jeffrey.
Don't be fatuous, Jeffrey.
I'm really curious as to how GRRM is going to handle the Jon resurrection. The show has done it pretty weakly: Jon hasn't changed much, and everyone else in the North pretty much ignores that it happens.
I think Jon is months older than Dany.
Good catch.
Why does Melisandre not blurt out "BY THE WAY I BROUGHT SOMEONE DEAD BACK TO LIFE" all the time?
Or just send Sansa and Brienne to negotiate for you.
Jon shouldn't worry about the White Walkers/Others … at the pace they've been heading south since season/book 1, they'll take years just to walk through the Gift, never mind reach Winterfell….
If he didn't want to kill here, why was he swinging that giant axe thing at her, over and over again? If she didn't defend herself, any number of those blows would have been individually fatal. He only stopped trying to kill her so he could deliver some pithy remarks.
That boat fight was stupid all around - full of terrible action-movie cliches.
HOT PIE!
I have some words for his back surgeon : Look what ya did ya little jerk!!
Seven?
Maybe I'll have the same reaction. I'm waiting to do a re-read until the next book is imminent.
Apocalypto! Run!
I like your username!
I can see that, I guess. I would maybe liked the Iron Islands in the books if there weren't also chapters in Dorne. And likewise, I maybe would have liked Dorne if there weren't a bunch of chapters on the Iron Islands.
I think they meant it to be him, too.
The Iron Islands suck and make no sense in the books …. and they're even worse in the show.
I been saying fuck for years. And if you heard fuck, that meant your
ass. I never gave much thought to what fuck meant. I just thought it was
some cold-blooded shit to say to a motherfucker before I popped a cap in
his ass. But I saw some shit this morning made me think twice. See, now
I'm thinking, maybe it means…
"Aside from discussing the Doom of Valyria - one of the most significant
events in the mythology's history - the show hasn't dealt with volcanos
at all. But we know Lord of the Rings is one of GRRM's stated
inspirations for the series. So where's Mount Doom?"
