I'm not bemoaning Camden Yards. I'm just saying it's good that the Marlins went in another direction rather than being yet another team trying to emulate Camden.
I remember reading something about Frank Oz and Yoda, and I was surprised to learn that generally the puppeteers also did the voices. I would have assumed that, for a movie, it would be separate people with separate skill sets.
I'm not sure we should hold Chicago writers accountable for the design of the Soldier Field renovation…
The Yankee Stadium design is bland, and they made themselves look stupid by making it likely that the seats most often on camera will be frequently empty. They had a great opportunity to build something memorable, and they instead farted out a lifeless bore.
Say what you will about Loria and the Marlins, but their stadium looks great. It's much more interesting than yet another Camden Yards knockoff or that embarrassment in the Bronx.

This is crazier than a road lizard!
Gilligan, the skipper, and Chief Wiggum .
There are lots of ridiculous songs. Whatever the most ridiculous one is, I'm sure it is awesome.
