The only place I'm slightly disappointed with so far is that in the scene of Daisy and Gatsby meeting in Nick's house, it isn't yellow enough. I'm afraid that Luhrman's love of detail will endanger the almost 'impressionistic' use of color in the book.

yeah, doesn't look bad at all. Plus, film's are getting a lot of miles off of using apples design aesthetic to be awesome at first, but with an underlying darkness to it.
