It's definitely worth a watch. I remember it premiering on Showtime. At the time, I was kind of obsessed with Thornton having just seen Sling Blade and One False Move, so I taped it. Laura Dern is really sexy in it and Billy Bob looks like Pat Green. My favorite scene is a liquor store montage that's shot like a slow

You should read the book "Conversations with Tom Petty" if you're serious. Very cool read.

@avclub-130f14e3e5c0263f013b56d8c212f26a:disqus He was in Thornton's band the Boxmasters or whatever they were called, or at least Stuart Baker was. He played guitar, I think. He wasn't in make up or anything, he was just regular Stuart Baker, wearing glasses and awkwardly sipping his coffee.

The interview was recorded very early in the morning. BBT was probably still drunk from the night before or at least hungover and possibly stoned. Something tells me he's not a morning person and being called an actor set him off (which is of course, ridiculous), but he was so out of it he didn't really have a plan

Daddy & Them is a pretty great watch if you're part of a Southern family. I don't know how you'd like it if you can't relate to that though. It does have Andy Griffith using the phrase "cornholed", Jim Varney in a somewhat dramatic role, John Prine acting and Walton Goggins which kind of makes it a must-see, if only

I'd rather see a movie of "Button Boy" the story within a story of Joe Hill's short story "Best New Horror." Button Boy freaked my shit out (and not in a Brian McKnight way).

I read that she will appear in PT Anderson's The Master. Good for her.

Yeah, she did, I remember being like, either that woman has a hot body, or someone had an excellent, extremely early version of Photoshop.

I remember a sketch from this season that was an ad for "Women of SNL" edition of Playboy, and they essentially had all the female cast members pose in lingerie. I'm not really sure what the joke was but Ms. Louis-Dreyfus looked GOOD.

I think you kinda like being THAT guy.
