So is Billie's other boyfriend going to someone we've seen before or a new character? I can only assume that it's not Owen, and Owen only has Billie's number because Nucky gave it to him for emergencies. However, Owen does seem to like what Nucky likes.

Why I watch the show
There are a lot of themes in the show that I enjoy watching these characters struggle with every week.
*There's the whole 5 stages of grief pattern that seems to be earmarked for each season. Anger seems to take some form every episode so far. This week it manifested itself in Paul's dinner/job…
