Exactly! Season 5, the fire drill.

I'd fuck her.

Thank God (and I'm not even religious, yuk yuk!). I'm sure James Spader is good in other things, but in "The Office" he just doesn't work.

David Lynch fan here. "Dune" is my second-least favorite of his films, just ahead of "The Straight Story". However, it was such a visually pleasurable experience that I think that even considering the massive numbers of plots removed via adaptation - and of these I'm totally ignorant, since I haven't read the book -

Hey, the end justifies the means. But then what is a/the justifiable end? These are the basic questions to consider, and it doens't take much to realize that through such considerations communism, socialism, and even anarchism are potentially justifiable whereas freemarket capitalism is not.

I thought "Casino Royale" was pretty terrible. I haven't seen "Myra Breckinridge," but by all accounts it is one of the worst adaptations in film history.

Yeah. "Ulysses" is only some 700-odd pages, and so not really "massive" compared to a great number of books in the world.

Orson Welles made a version of "The Trial" in the early 60s. It's not a great film, but that is not due to the book being unadaptable.

I'd say only a few of these are "successful," artistically. As a huge William Burroughs fan, I found "Naked Lunch" the film to be unwatchably bad. The Woody Allen is mostly very unfunny, and "Johnny Got His Gun" is far worse when viewed completely than used as snippets in Metallica's video.

Definitely not.

The Shout is a great movie! Turned me into a Skolimowski fan.

Fact: Godard was never even nominated for an Oscar until he won his (quietly rejected) Lifetime Achievement Award.

" The final two episodes aren't the show at its best, so Season Two gets the same sendoff slump as Season One, unfortunately."

I agree.

Those qualities, plus her then-killer body.

"And who the hell marries someone perfect? That's ridiculous." True, but Pam was _more_ perfect when he married her than she is now.

This episode was pretty good. The only parts that completely didn't work for me were the soapy scenes between Darryl, Val, and Brandon. Craig Robinson was once funny on the show, when his role was primarily limited to giving Michael a hard time. However, as the show has expanded his role he has consistently displayed

"I’m sure some of you have already jumped to the comments to complain about the grade being higher than that of last week’s episode, but I did want to speak to that briefly. For me, the grade reflects a combination of the objective quality of the episode (which was higher last week) and my subjective response to the

I hope you die a terrible death, soon.

I hope he dies, too.
