"So that old woman, she's just a liar, right?"

I saw an Apple store last week, for the first time in my life (I live in the backwoods) and it reminded me of the time I walked past a Scientology "book store"… just very cold, empty, intimidating and slightly cultish.

Why, just across the street from the Bizarre MegaChurches, of course! Check local listings for details.

So…
I'm the only one who misread "squeezes pennies so tightly" as " squeezes penises so tightly"?

I don't tip. I don't believe in it.

Having heard some of his solo work, I have to say I prefer it when he's working with Pierson and Wilson… not that he's bad on his own, just that the mixture makes things more fun.

The twist is that the films were dead all along… that's why the kid was the only one who could see them!

I! Can't! Hear! You!

I'll rent it at some point… mainly for the "Xena" cast cameos. Ich bin ein nerd. :(

Bette Davis?

Ack!
I had the misfortune to catch the episode of "Scrubs" where JD leaves, and they had that "Book of Love" cover in it. Just annoyed the crap out of me. But I've heard (and sung-along to) the original so many times, any cover would sound "wrong" to my ears.

@ barefoot jim

Only remember catching a few episodes of this show when it was on at some ridiculous hour at night, but it's always been one I've wanted to see again… very dark and bizarre…. and Matt Frewer has a great voice. I do think he should get more work… maybe not be a "star" as such, but the dude should definitely have more

He recorded the original distress signal which they hear playing over the radio, while filling in for Rousseau (who had a sore throat at the time)… which is why their voices don't match.

Dammit, Newswire!
I just made a mess in my underwear.

Director for dire
Somehow I managed to avoid any awareness of this movie until a mention on this site a week or so ago, and I thought exactly the same thing Tobias says above. I love a lot of Smith's earlier work, but he's never been very good with the action scenes… it was madness to hire him to helm this. MADNESS!!!

That's what I'm talking about!
I think "Zoolander" is a fantastically funny film, and a great DVD to own for all the extras… but whether it needs a sequel, so long after the original was made, is another question. A question to which I have no answer.

Not man enough…
I hate adverts that suggest that certain brands of chocolate bars, or crsisps/potato chips are *only* for "Real Men", and that if a man says something about ballet whilst eating them, he must immediately be killed and fed to the pigs. At least this guy acknowledges that the whole gimmick is blatantly

*crosses fingers*

Get Pat Mills to write it as a Marshal Law crossover, with Superman subbing for the Public Spirit.
