"The genial and diminutive Armenian Prelate's wily little eyes held a mischiev——-" zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Win. A win for decleacl and a win for gay dads (with sexy, manipulative and yet loyal daughters) everywhere.

Konichiwa Bitches?

There's got to be something by the Go-Go's, right? Or at least the Donnas?

And it's prettier. Well, prettier cinematography (especially if you happen to like Magritte). You don't get much hotter than Diana Rigg as Mrs. Emma Peel.

No Blossom?
I remember the Blossom/sexipode as THE Special episode of my youth.

Ditto, anonasaurus. Though, the more I think about it, the less it seems like a rip-off. After all, AMSOH may have fought a vampire, but he was really engaged in an ongoing battle with a specific zombie (totally different).

Pale Navy Blue is hereby christened, Tim-Burton color.

kingderella, no one has yet explained to me how this ISN'T a (shitty) adaptation of American McGee's Alice.

It all started going wrong when they failed to get either Michelle Ryan or Felicia Day as Alice.
Actually, it all started going wrong sometime around the Planet of the Apes remake, or maybe with Sleepy Hollow. Can anyone convince the man that movies are allowed to look different? And, if not, can anyone cut his hair?

Thanks, Bob Hope is God, for the visual that will haunt my dreams for the next few weeks.

Jayne… The man they call… Jayne!

Yet another show that, while I know it's funny
I was just never able to get into it. Maybe it'll find a place on my dvd shelf someday.

I love Pierson and Wilson too, but Schneider's vocals—or rather the contrast between he and the ladies—make the band's sound for me; I'm particularly fond of the back and forth in Private Idaho.

Who reffed, Mike Doughty?

I can't help it; I find ghost children creepy even when ridiculous.

The most elaborate Rube Goldberg contraption would actually be
the Rube Goldberg contraption that ended all Rube Goldberg contraptions.

Oh, The Haunting
kind of a guilty pleasure
I have a weak spot for spooky old house movies. Plus I love it when Owen Wilson gets decapitated.
There's also something about Taylor and Jones as a couple which I find weirdly endearing as well as (I admit it) kinda hot.

For the record, I apologize to Keith. Phipps, for not simply taking his word. Mr. Phipps, you described the movie quite well. I may not have left the film quite as unhappy with Del Toro as you seem to have (and I'm not quite as happy with the look of the beast, at least not with the body shape-the face was more than

Out of Control
was an awesome show.
