Agreed. They all take so much abuse in that fight and keep going that it soon becomes clear that none of them can be killed; you're just watching indestructible people toss each other around.

Michael Ironside was a perfect choice for Darkseid. Whenever I read a comic with Darkseid, his voice is the one I 'hear.'

Oh thanks for that. Had never seen it and was unaware. Very funny. "Walking…walking…walking…"

I think it's better if it's not wrapped up. The tragedy of of Jack's situation is part of what makes him compelling. It's like the Thing or Rogue from Marvel comics; if you cure them they're less interesting.

That 'Gargoyles reject' was Dragon Man. The energy monster fighting Hulk and Spidey last week was Zzzax. To quote Tony Stark, "Am I the only one that did the reading?"

So Ed Norton is too good for the Avengers, but he'll do Bourne 4?

none

You're overthinking this. Banner is staring to get a degree of control over the changes and the Hulk's actions, but it's not complete yet. The Hulk has always been capable of acts of heroism.

No. I was blown away. Of course, I was stoned out of my gourd when I first saw it, but still. I've seen it since straight and still dug it. It aims high and mostly hits.

No room for Triathlon? As lame as he sounds, and one of the ugliest costumes ever.

Nope. Watch "Enemy at the Gates." Weisz was never cuter.

Marvel characters have more personality. Batman's cool, but the rest? Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern - all blandly brave and heroic.

Your explanation of bronies doesn't hold up. Why isn't there a devoted subculture of adult women who watch the show? It's a mainly a guy thing, and your theory doesn't address that.

Why not also review the Avengers cartoon that follows this? It's just like Ultimate Spider-Man except it's good.

The brony subculture makes me root for the terrorists.
