I started high school around 97, and what a shitty era it was to be a teen. Basically no internet, and popular music was complete shit. Sooo many kids in my school similarly just listened to classic rock.
I recall their joint SNL appearance being one the most remarkably shitty live performances I'd ever seen. Puffy was out of breath the entire time.

I'm pretty sure that the bulk of our economy is structured around people profiting off of inefficiencies at this point.
Also, people wouldn't fear changing jobs, starting a company, etc., were they not chained to their employer provided care. It places artificial restraints on the labor market while suppressing entrepreneurship.
