I saw The Raconteurs in '08. They were great, but the most electrifying moment came during the middle of one song—I wish I could remember which one—when they briefly segued into The Doors' "The End." It didn't last long, maybe only through "This is the end, my only friend, the end," but it seemed so spontaneous. The

YOU MONSTER.

People never said that.

Me too. There have been many episodes when, no matter how terrible he's been, I've still been perversely on his side. Tonight I was hoping Mike would shoot that crazy sumbitch right between the eyes. This is some dark shit.

So that was the best TV heist since…what? Firefly?

Yes! The last shot, too. Instead of a scorpion being tortured (I think that's what happened? Been years), it was a spider trapped in a jar.

I like Megan *a lot*. I understand the backlash against Betty, and I guess to a certain extant Megan, but damn. People are crazy.

Of course. I was more getting at the fact that there's a sizable portion of the viewership who just thinks she's a complete bitch getting in the way of Walt being all cool and Scarface-y.

It broke my heart to realize that Walt looked at that Rolex as a trophy, a reminder that he's able to manipulate even those who want him dead, instead of a gift borne of genuine friendship (as fucked-up as that friendship may be).

I don't know how more people aren't sympathetic to Skyler.

"It's K-K-K-K-Ken! C-c-c-c-c-coming to k-k-k-k-kill me!"

Don't know if this means anything—given how careful this show has been about color coordination, it just might—but at the beginning, Lydia describes Ron as wearing khakis and a light powder-blue shirt. The same outfit Walt is wearing before jumping in bed at the end.
