Does anyone else think that Jesse is going to deliberately blow himself up and take all the Neo-Nazis with him? Why start with the flashback of Walt telling him not to a light a cigarette in the cooking trailer?

I really do think they're setting up something horrible to happen to Megan. Hope I'm wrong, as I really like her character.
