Meghan McCain might be my dream woman. Which makes me think that I must hate myself. (Not trying to be mean or anything, she seems smart, funny, somewhat reasonable politically, and hot, but just a liiiitle bit narcissistic, spoiled, and impossible at the same time).
"If I had my gun I'd kill you!"
(unperturbed gun salesman) "Yeah well, you don't."
I don't know, I think Mindy's new shorter 'do is starting to grow on me.
(Stares into her eyes and reaches out absently to stroke her hair, creating incredibly awkward situation)
Mansquito is probably my favorite syfy original as well. It is really brutal, and Musetta Vander is ideal for b movie leads like that (in that she is smoking hot but not quite a good enough actress for big budget stuff, probably).
The woman with the cigarette voice was a standout, I have to agree with Scott on that. I wonder if that was computer manipulated or if they hired an actual lung cancer sufferer. The throwing of her beloved little dog to the gators was pretty harsh though even for one of these I thought, especially after reading Sarah…
I liked Jordan Hinson as the lead in this. Though her character on Eureka was I think not really embraced very much by the show's fans—to the extent that she was written off the show and "sent off to college"—i really liked her on that show & thought the problem was more that she was used as a plot device too often to…
Yeah it was amazingly awkward. Loved Tennant smacking himself in the head in humiliation afterward, that was well deserved.
I was wondering if the horse had somehow died in the crossfire and they had to bury that, too.
I certainly hope someone was fired for that blunder!
(If the people who worked on that movie were even paid in the first place.)
I have had posts on my facebook page in the last 24 hours on Cthulhu and the upcoming syfy original movie "Raging Cajun Redneck Gators."
boiled overhard, please
In fact they could have probably written the doctor out and I would still watch that.
Interesting. It would have been nice for Wendy Padbury to have some more time to develop Zoe, but Carrie John was a great addition too, particularly in the dual role in Inferno, which probably cements her status as one of the best regular actors in the old Who series. (A season with Zoe AND Liz, now THAT would have…
I discovered this show because of these writeups (and comments) and am still working on it, but really enjoying it, so thanks!
I have high hopes that Person of Interest, already one of my favorite shows, is going to be even better this year having added Sarah Shahi and Amy Acker as regulars—both not just terrific actresses but playing characters that are interesting variations on the two male leads (embittered ex-government assassin, grieving…
Nixon's pro-war, and he's pro-family.
Just for the Red Wedding his character in this deserves to be savagely beaten, even if he never touched any of the kids in Broadchurch (which he probably didn't because he looks so guilty now and there are still several episodes left).
Olivier definitely said it about Tynan, at least according to The Guardian: http://www.theguardian.com/…
Marco also is from a culture that is very permissive toward male philandering, i.e. the old double standard.
