Caitlin's been rather off this season. First she's lusting over Jay within seconds of meeting him and now she's ignoring the lesser intelligent fellow in favor of the obviously dickheaded scientist.

The last we saw of Cold before this episode was when he helped Flash and the others try to transport the metahumans only to free them on the idea that they owed him one, and he escaped with his sister, weapons and all.

Henry had the bright idea about the possibility of Barry's secret getting out and high-tailed it the fuck out of town the moment he was free.
