There's an argument to be made that one reason the Princess Bride is so great is because it avoided making unnecessary sequels.  It tells the story it set out to tell, then bows out.  More films could use that amount of restraint these days.

You need to review Pendleton Ward's Bravest Warriors series.  I've been following it since it started a few weeks ago, and I think it has the potential to be as good or better than Adventure Time.

I checked this out on your recommendation (it helped that the first ish was 99 cents), and you're right, it's a solid series.

Oh, I agree that Adventure Time is fantastic, I just think the FIM comic deserves some time to establish itself before we start comparing notes.
