You mention Robert Carlyle in The World Is Not Enough but no mention of Sophie Marceau? She's that movie's morally flexible saving grace IMHO.

Live and Let Die has a lot of problems, but Yaphet Kotto would be among the top five Bond villains. It's probably the only Roger Moore movie I'd happily rewatch with giving it my full attention.
