That was a American Dad like moment there.

Seth Gabel has been signed as a regular cast member for the season so he gets credit whenever he is in the episode or not.
You do realize they filmed this episode about a month ago. Plus making stuff up as you go along is how tv works.
And then we spend all 13 episodes dealing with the Peter/Olivia/Bolivia love triangle.
Since the Observers were unaffected by Peter's erasure it stands to reason that the machine was too.
The device was given to Walter to examine and he determined that Jones's goal was to collapse the universes. So plan-a was to use the machine to collapse the universe, plan-b was to use the cortexikids to connect to their doppelgangers while the machine was still on, and we'll get to see plan-c in the finales.
Wow 5 straight episodes that are A- and up, and 8 out the last 10. Fringe certainly has hit a new high water mark.
And because of Nick Lane's cortexiphan powers Lane's sister killed herself in the blue universe and may never have dated blue-Lincoln.
I prefer spottedratings.com, going to tvbythenumbers this year was like getting your heart ripped out with all the doom and gloom on the front page.
Unfortunately Cougar Town is part of the old regime (it was developed when former ABC president Steve McPherson was in charge) and that along with the fact that ABC decided to cut it's episode order put it on a bit of shaky ground. Still there's always hope with the syndication thing.
The remainder of the episodes of this season are set in the present. The showrunners have said that they will return to the future in season 5.
Anyone else think that after Walter angrily said that "He is no prisoner" he was continue by saying "I am the Steward of Gondor"?
Or that the anti-matter was used as a power-source and not as a bomb.
The force wand that they were using had broken down so he had to physically push Peter out of the Amber, but that meant that he would be trapped by the Amber.
The Lucy coming back was planned as an season one cliffhanger (there's actually a deleted scene on the season one dvd), and it was intended that Lucy die at the end of the season two premiere. I'm not sure why Greg Garcia and the other writers seemed to be so determined to do this storyline, but let's hope that leave…
It's one of those little things that the writers added for the alt universe(in fact it's one of the first as it was introduced in the second season episode "Jacksonville".)

The thing is that with 22 episodes is that you get to do stuff that you wouldn't be able to do in 13 episode season. I'm reminded of the first season of Friday Night Lights which touch an enormous amount of ground and arcs that they just couldn't do in the Directv seasons.
Also I don't…
The alt-universe has helicopters and if you got helicopters you have the technology to build fixed-wing aircraft. I go with consensus here that large scale commercial fixed-wing air travel is uncommon, but small airplanes are available.
Well alt-Broyles was willing to betray alt-Fringe Division last year because Olivia ultimately gave her all to save his son, so there's a bit of symmetry here.
Version "B"-Olivia. It's the official name that's get used in the scripts.
