It was one of those shows where the main premise just takes up to much room, and sucks the life out of the show.
It maybe a case of "newer is always better" but I like Superstore more than the Office or the Parks and Rec.
They didn't break Katie Cassidy's contract, all actors have options attached to their contract. It allows the studio leeway if the show gets canceled or they want to write out a character for story or budget reasons. For full-time regulars actors are typically guaranteed a minimum number of episodes in a season…
"So uh, I just now learned that it's moving to Fridays whereas originally I thought it was just Inhumans that would receive the timeslot. That's uhhh, that's a little concerning yeah?"

From the production stills it look like it was when Eleanor was being reintroduced into "The Good Place".
Apparently they filmed a cameo of America Ferrera as her character Amy from Superstore. I have no idea how that would possibly work but I've love to see it.
Yeah my first impression was that this show is basically Real Genius but with cops.
It's actually on CTV late night on weekends right now.
That's something that been said by the creators. Amy's marriage and kid plus the fact that they started off on the wrong foot puts a much bigger obstacle than Jim/Pam (who were basically in love with each when the series started). Let's face it not going with Amy and Jonah would cut off a lot of story-lines if they…
