I used to live in Scotland, and damn is haggis really honestly good. Especially on pizza. Even the fake vegetarian kind is more than decent.

I'm from there, he's great in Hamlet. Not the nicest guy ever though.
Don't forget Geordies.
I had a friend apply for a job at the studio way back in the 90s and the guy who created Ran and Stimpy is known for being obsessive and kind of nuts. My friend did an animation test for Spümcø and the owner kept returning it telling him how to fix it, multiple times over and over. That is not typical behaviour in the…
I hate Margaret Laurence's books. Timothy Findlay lived upstairs at the expensive restaurant I used to work at 10 years ago. He was very nice, gave books signed personally by him to all the staff (though pretty sure 90% of the staff never read). He drank alot and tipped really well.
Crash Test Dummies were pretty good actually. Their first album, The Ghosts That Haunt Me (the one with Superman's Song) is excellent.
I ran into a kid once I used to babysit for at a bar at Christmas back home. I used to babysit him in highschool when he was 6. He immediately recognized me at least so I guess I've aged ok?
I was once singing along with 'Dreams' by Fleetwood Mac playing on the radio at an asian grocery store. The clerk asked me who it was and I tried explaining and she had me write the band's name on a piece of paper.
The fact that her movie choice was Battleship Potemkin and her reading of the russian names out loud from the cover was perfect and hilarious.
I grew up in one of the towns where he got his classical theatre background, and he has played there on and off throughout the years. He's a really intimidating man to speak to, i've seen him many times and could never muster up the courage to do so. He's too distinguished :P
Are you from London Ont? I grew up near there, in Stratford (one of my closest friends from high school grew up with Justin Bieber's family, they went to his church) :S
Alright, I'll do my top 90s canadian songs then!
Being in shape matters way more. Seinfeld said once that white bald guys look like thumbs. So…thumbs up!
Speaking as a female, i think it's all good. i've been with two bald guys (one was vegetarian) and the lack of hair was a non issue. Better to shave it all off than having a receding hairline, THAT'S worse.
A girl i went to school with, who became a model and moved to NY 'dated' him for awhile. Her friend said he's slept with tons and tons of women, though we were only 21 when this was going on so we might have thought 'tons' just meant more than 50 or something, i dunno. Cool story bro?
I remember reading a bunch of stuff about Perestroika, Reagan and then Dan Quayle - i'm not american either, but i stayed for Oliver, his dad and the dude in the wheelchair.
I remember equating it with something akin to the Honeymooners which my grandparents also had on all the time. Which was also ferocious spousal abuse. Weird that these were two of their main interests (besides The Price is Right….workplace sexual harassment).
E's jus' a bloke who wan' git off fer a pint fer a wee bit, 'way frum the missus!
As a random aside - i used to live in Scotland and no one there knows who he is, he's mostly an 'american thing'.
Bloom County and Herman, in my opinion, are way underrated.
