I've said it before, but they really struck gold with the child actors on this show. Both Hope and young Jimmy are super adorable.
To be fair though, he was drunk.
They've shown that Jerry messes things up all the time. ("A schlemiel is the guy who spills soup at a fancy party. A schlamazel is
the guy he spills it on. Jerry is both the schlemiel and the schlamazel
of our office.") He realizes it and he even beats himself up too. But despite all this, they still like him and let…
I was a little disgruntled over Leslie, or anyone else, not realizing that she could solve her situation by CHANGING HER PASSWORD. But then they resolved it this way and it was hard to be mad anymore.
Last week I realized that I am a lot like Chris in many ways. When he was talking about how the very idea of him being infected with the avian flu would have sent him into a tailspin before he got help, it reminded me of myself before I got help for my OCD. Like Chris, the very thought of such a thing would have given…
"No. No, it's my fault for believing in you."
I kinda wished that "Leslie and Ben" had been the series finale. But I am totally glad is not. It was an amazing summation of all things before it. And DJ Roomba!
I applaud the show for subverting expectations and doing a plot where a character suspected of cheating was actually cheating.
I thought the joke was that Max Greenfield has ridiculously small nipples, which would be hard to grab on to.
I loved all the attempts the show made to make the episode seem like a Christmas special. The Ghost of Arbor Day Past, Present, and Future was great, but my favourite part was probably Barney making that speech a la Linus in A Charlie Brown Christmas (my favourite Christmas special). I thought Barney's freezer joke…

I'm not really a hug Anne Murray fan or anything, but she is a classic artist whose songs I have heard a lot before. At least she's better than Rita MacNeil. Ugh remember her and her CBC specials? *shiver*
As another Canadian, I'd just like to say YOU SHUT YOUR MOUTH!
You shut your mouth! The punny titles are great!
I don't know whether to be disgusted or impressed by the fact that Gene can lick his own armpits.
When I heard that Anne Murray was gonna be in this episode, I thought, they better not skewer her - she's a national treasure! In the end, I guess it was okay. The jokes weren't really at her expense.
Yeah my eyes got a little watery at the end there. And to think I kept wishing they'd get rid of Amanda in the first season, when she was such a wildcard, to being sad she died (OR DID SHE?).
It reminded me of Hipster Hitler.
I loved the sight gag of him falling down on the curb. Classic Jerry!
