I think that i like Star Trek is great when it showcases the flaws of Roddenberry's vision or just ditch it altogether. Which is why i enjoyed most of TNG and Abrams' Star Trek.

The thing that makes me stop watching awards shows are those cringe-inducing musical segments that i just can't stand.

I actually enjoyed the books solely on the fact that the books age as their readers age.

I have never watched any of the Pirates of the Carribean movies. (I did saw the first 30 minutes of the first movie which was pretty good).
