Fake Empire was my introduction to the band, and it *claimed* me. Downloaded the rest of Boxer immediately, and just wrapped myself in it. Incredible album at a time when my life was falling apart and reforming in new ways. Was in constant rotation for Nov/Dec 09. Shared it with my dearest (slightly skeptical)…

Love Hepburn, love Bogart, love this movie … but am not cool with the BS of them changing his character to "Canadian" because he could not do the cockney accent for which the role was written.
