Extremely random observation: did anyone else notice that, during the
last song, there was a "Flat Stanley" hanging on the wall in the hall of
McKinley? I'm way too curious about who put him there, and thinking
that's way cooler than the things I did with the Flat Stanleys who have
come to visit me.

It's also about 15 minutes from Springfield, where one of the designers on the other team is from.

Did anyone else notice how, in the parking lot, Jim thanks Pam for a perfect last Christmas? We couldn't tell if that was a nod to the viewers or foreshadowing that this is Jim's last Christmas at DM.

Maybe I'm just not a nice person, but I didn't feel bad for Uceny after I saw her reaction. If she had fallen, gotten up, finished the race, and then sobbed, I would have felt horrible for her. But there she is, in a necklace for a 6 year old girl, throwing a temper tantrum on the track. Not feeling as bad for her

I really only have swimming and gymnastics to go on, but for both of those events, NBC has commentators at the events (supposedly calling them live as they see them), and a second set doing them live on their feed. My husband thinks that what we're seeing on the feed is a BBC feed, but I don't think so.

Sorry if I'm late to the party on this, but does any one know where the live feed on NBC's website/app is coming from? After being frustrated to not see all of the heats of swimming/all of the gymnasts, I started watching a few events live, and they are completely different play-by-play/analysts teams. Is NBC really

Sadly, yes. They are still a thing. As someone who is forced to listen to them by my  2 year old, I found the Woggles particularly entertaining.

All I could think was that Tiny Fey had to watch a lot of episodes of The Wiggles while she was on maternity leave.

10 months ago, wasn't Haddie still dating Alex? I bet they thought that it wouldn't be an issue because, of course she would go to Berkely to be close to him.

I can see where people might find the Julia/Joel storyline coming out of left field. But, I'm an adoptive parent. When we started the process, we nearly signed on with an agency in California to do a domestic adoption. THEN we found out that it's not uncommon for a birth mother to say yes, get her medical bills paid

But I DO truly believe in my religion (and it is a monotheistic religion) and I was offended by their comment. I want others to be respectful of my religion, so I am respectful of others. I had the opportunity to visit several Buddhist Temples while I was in China and they were beautiful. I would never make a comment

FYI - you're right that they film seasons back to back, but they film the fall & spring season back to back. So Redemption Island had finished airing (and all of these contestants had seen it) before they started filming this season. They could have (and hopefully, they did) tweaked RI based on viewer feedback. They
