Kick Ass is NOT family friendly. Very violent and lots of cussing.

I wouldn't add it to my DVD collection, but Kick Ass was entertaining enough. My big complaint was the lame teen romance angle of the story. They should have made it much more in line with the comic book.

Meg Ryan was definitely miscast…but she was only one of many problems…like the horrible screenplay, the equally miscast Kyle MacLachlan playing Ray Manzarek and sporting some of the worst wigs in the history of filmmaking, and plus, it was way too fucking long.
