Favorite Z-Wars story
My favorite is the interview he does with the woman who was attacked in the church as a child.
OR the interviews with the American soldier.

TLC Freakshow
My mother and my younger brother loved the show Jon and Kate Plus Eight. The other four members of our family had different opinions. When the couple began to go downhill there was an interview on the show and my mother said, "I think Jon's on speed." And a sibling said, "that is the dumbest thing

Dexter Freakout
For a brief period of time Showtime was free on our provider and my father and I decided to try out Dexter. It was the episode where he is killing the woman who is poisoning his father. My mother walked in when he has her bound in cellophane and freaked the fuck out. She sent me to my room (I was

what is this
is the av club now pimping movies

Now she may not be as hot as some other leading ladies, but compared to any average woman on the street she's pretty good looking.

@ Robuttnik
That is the funniest thing I have read all week.
If that were to come to fruition I would shit my pants laughing.

Blindness and The Gospel According to Jesus Christ are the only two i've read. Can ou suggest some more of his work?

Blindness
From a great book to a mediocre movie.

Nothing important to say
I really liked this and I want to thank you AVClub and Mr Riley

discombobulated - a word commonly used on the hit TV show Keenan and Kel.

Who remembers him in comedic genius as Ben Affleck's father in Surviving Christmas. Talk about careful role selection.

the word "chode" is mentioned several times.

I too think that the Fight Cub movie is better than the book. I tried to read Choke last year but I just couldn't put up with his writing style. At times he seems like hes being outrageous just to shock or be profound, but its never shocking or profound.

Wolfmother
I remember a few years ago i had this playing in the car and my dad said something along the lines of "why is this guy singing about unicorns?" And ever since then I have never been able to really listen to them.

I killed my imagination with pornography and violent video games.

Hey I saw that exhibit too, there was some great stuff there, though I wish there was more DeKooning and Pollack.

I know it's "a lot" but I was never corrected as a child and it has stuck.

Dratch
What show fucked over Rachel Dratch, was it 30 Rock?

That was the first well written funny book I ever read.
BUT for the best comedic literature look no further than Confederacy of Dunces.

And as far as fine arts go
The first time I saw a Jackson Pollack with my own eyes I was floored.
