If they're ending up in 1947, are they going back like 20 years, 60 years, 80 years or 500 years?

Is Batman Inc. still a thing? I know the heroes still exist, but I can't recall anyone picking it up after Morrison left. Shame, too. It was an interesting if nonsensical concept.

Rebirth's done a good job building Batwoman back up. Her turn on Tynion IV's Detective Comics run is stellar, and I've liked her look since she was introduced in 52. I sometimes bristle at her being put above other, longer-running characters in the Bat-family hierarchy, but I can't help but think she's a great

And she did, actually. Bette was basically demoted to her side-kick in Batwoman's original run. Beautiful art and a good story overall, but I didn't like how Bette, who had been a hero far longer than Kate, was treated as some plucky, naive teen to be whipped into shape. She had a beautiful damn costume, though. I

Oh? Laurel's getting more to do outside of Frank? Good. I like her, and I like hearing her speak Spanish.

Ace defense attorney Howto Getawaywith Murder, esq.

Oooohhh, that's interesting. Following that line of thinking: what if the same goes for Michael? He certainly is trying.

Zazie Beetz is a star. I'd watch an entire series about Van's life as a maybe teacher. I mean, not at that school anymore, I guess, but in general.

"Tahini"

Right. Turns out I was totally justified in being enamored of Tahani. This was a great episode that went by too quickly. I loved Eleanor's "Ya Basic!" speech. So good.

Why was he yelling at a taxi driver?

I'm so jealous.

If this is the Last Sunday Funday, then it was worth it. A beautiful episode all around, even with my Edgar plot-line reservations.

Wasn't there an issue of the comic that was basically Tick vs. Tick? Do that.

I mean, at absolute bare minimum, I thought the relationship between the words cowboy and buckaroo to the Spanish vaquero was common enough knowledge. Which, you know, implies…sigh. No, I guess that was hoping for too much.

The Avengers were the clear instigators in nearly every single terrible thing that happened in that one, though. Heck, Cyclops and his crew were doing just fine with the Phoenix Force until they were provoked. (OK, fine, Namor was bad.) The Avengers did what they always do: threaten and provoke instead of talk things

Eh, he's no worse than that holier-than-thou blue jagoff Beast.

I have eaten exactly three Big Macs in my entire life, all within the span of one really depressing teenage summer of contemplating Baby Boomers' effects on my life.

How long until we get a cut that's just Emily Blunt getting on a train, looking out a train window, and then getting off a train?

So, I looked back at my first post in November 2008. I was the most boring 17-year-old on the planet, apparently.
